About Greg Cote: 
Greg Cote serves as Director and Counsel of Regulatory Affairs for NADA. In this role, he educates NADA members on compliance with federal regulations and represents dealer interests before federal agencies on issues concerning safety, trade, tax, the environment, and electric vehicles. Greg previously served as Associate General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Transportation, and as a litigation partner in the Boston office of McCarter & English, LLP. He earned an A.S. from Champlain College and a B.A. from Trinity College of Vermont.  He received his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts.
