For this week’s webinar, GNYADA will be joined by NADA to discuss the updated Information Safeguards Rule recently released by the FTC.

The amendments to the final rule require dealers to adopt new information security measures and update existing safeguards. Brad Miller will provide a broad overview and steps dealers can take now to prepare for implementation of these amendments.
