October 29th will be the 10th anniversary of Hurricane Sandy hitting the New York Metropolitan area inflicting tremendous damage from the wind and rain driven floods. They called it the 100-year storm, but we continue to see these kinds of storms too often.

From flood waters, property damage, inventory loss and beyond, hurricanes can be extremely troublesome for auto dealerships. The 2022 Atlantic hurricane season, which officially began on June 1st and runs through November 30th is expected to produce above average activity, therefore, dealerships must take a multi-pronged approach in their risk management efforts.

Taking the appropriate steps ahead of time and working with the proper experts can help you weather any storm. GNYADA’s Insurance Division will be holding an important webinar in addressing steps that all dealerships should take before a natural disaster impacts your business.
