/The NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) is the primary enforcer of rules regulating dealership operations, especially the sales of used vehicles.
To help dealers understand the City’s requirements to stay in compliance and avoid unnecessary fines when it comes to selling used vehicles, we are pleased to have Adam Blumenkrantz and Tanjila Rahman from the DCWP to review DCA’s rules for selling used cars as well as the most common dealer violations DCAWP addresses when selling used vehicles.
We will also discuss the top consumer complaints reported to the DCWP, relating to sales of used vehicles.
