New York City Vaccine Mandate for Private-Sector Employers

New York City announced a first-in-the-nation vaccine mandate for private-sector employers, which requires vaccinations for all employees who work in-person in the City. With these recently imposed rules, comes many questions – including: What are the requirements? Who is exempt? and How costly are the violations?
