State Investigates Dealers’ COVID-19 Safety Protocols

The New York State Attorney General’s Office and the New York State Department of Labor have been contacting all businesses including dealers across the State, including in the Metro NY area, to inquire about how businesses are keeping employees and customers safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. The inquiry comes with a questionnaire that dealers are required to answered.

If you have received such communication, you are advised to respond as quickly as possible. From conversations we’ve had with dealers and with Dealer Associations in Upstate New York, dealers that have already responded to these inquiries, were accepted without any additional action by the State.
