/Sick leave, PTO, emergency COVID leave are terms that have become more and more familiar in the past 4 months.
Dealers continue to face staffing hurdles as employees test positive, face COVID-19 exposure, or need to care for children whose daycare is closed or limiting attendance. Recently, travel restrictions were added to the mix of employment concerns.
