Sick leave, PTO, emergency COVID leave are terms that have become more and more familiar in the past 4 months. 

Dealers continue to face staffing hurdles as employees test positive, face COVID-19 exposure, or need to care for children whose daycare is closed or limiting attendance.  Recently, travel restrictions were added to the mix of employment concerns. 

This program will clarify which leave law applies to specific COVID-related situations and provide information about how employees are to be paid during their leave.
