A disgruntled employee, a frustrated customer, or someone else just snaps and you find your dealership in a highly intense and dangerous situation that you may not be prepared for.  

OSHA says, “workplace violence is any act or threat of physical violence, harassment, intimidation, or other threatening disruptive behavior that occurs at the work site.” Dealerships may be confronted with such a situation and are obligated to provide a safe work environment.
